When customers visit Mercedes-Benz service center for repair or maintenance service, iSignage iQueue System enable customer to choose their preferred Mercedes-Benz service agent to serve them, while customers sit back in the common waiting area for their service, they can see Mercedes-Benz advertising information through the iSignage iPlays System, when the repair service is done, customer service agent can easily identify the customer and hand over the car to customer to complete the transaction in a smooth and effective manner.
The dashboard management of iQueue System allows service center management to real time measure and monitor the performance of the service agents. The management of Mercedes-Benz is happy with the iQueue Signage System and ready to deploy same solution in their other service centers. |
