iQueue helps SmarTone to enhance their customer service

Love the difference is not just the SmarTone slogan, it also reflect in the customer service quality, recently SmarTone has launched a new customer service to allow customer to check the queue status at the store where they got a queue ticket from customer service staff when they come to SmarTone store for service. Customers can now check the queue status by using their own smartphone at anywhere and at any time, so that they can take full control of their time and plan when they should come back to the store for service. This service has received very positive feedback from customers and help SmarTone to manage their customer flow in an efficient and friendly manner, indeed this is the only telco company in Hong Kong and probably in Asia that provide such service. The iQueue tagging system is designed, built and implemented by iSigange.
