St. Teresa's Hospital was founded in 1940 by the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Paul de Chartres. Over almost seven decades of development, the Hospital has now become a well-established private general hospital in Hong Kong. Presently, it has around 1000 beds, the best trained personnel and the latest medical facilities.

In order to improving herself aiming at providing quality service to the general public, the Hospital persists decides to adopt iSignage iQueue solution in March 2019. With iQueue, it reduces manpower needed in the queuing process and improves service provider efficiency, the queuing algorithm will assign a queue number automatically according to the check-in and appointment time of the patient. Patients are automatically assigned to the doctor according to the sub-clinic and the queue number. Reduce the chance of irregular and haphazard queuing. Also, it is able to improve patient’s privacy by calling queue number instead of patient’s name.
